Every piece of footage CyberLeek has published carries a visible watermark for a cryptocurrency token the group created. The clips are the advertising; the token is the product. Each new release drives attention, and attention drives the coin.
Do not send these people money
Moderators across the major GTA communities have posted the same warning in near-identical language: do not fund this, no matter how you feel about the leak itself. A token whose value depends entirely on its creators continuing to release stolen material has one predictable ending, and it is not one where late buyers get their money back.
This is a meaningful change from the 2022 breach. That leak was carried out by a teenager associated with the Lapsus$ group who wanted attention and leverage. This one is a business.
