Vice City

Leonida's largest city, Rockstar's Miami, in the modern day — not the 1980s version from the 2002 game. Estimated at roughly twice the size of Los Santos. District guide →

Vice-Dale County

The county containing Vice City, its beaches and its port. The urban core of the map.

Mariana County

Wetlands and islands — contains Grassrivers and the Leonida Keys.

Leonida Keys

An island chain based on the Florida Keys, described by Rockstar as the gateway to paradise. Where Jason starts the story. Scuba diving and reefs.

Grassrivers

Rockstar's Everglades: wetland, stilt houses, alligators and airboats. Rockstar calls it “the untamable jewel of Leonida's crown”.

Ambrosia County

Central Leonida — industry, sugar refining and biker country. Rockstar describes it as the heart of the state.

Kelly County

The county containing Port Gellhorn on the west coast.

Port Gellhorn

Leonida's forgotten west coast: docks, warehouses, cheap motels and abandoned attractions. The bleakest place on the map.

Leonard County

Rural interior — farmland and small towns between the coasts.

Lummox County

The northern county containing Mount Kalaga National Park.

Mount Kalaga National Park

Forest, canyon and river country in the north. Hunting, kayaking and off-roading.

The Stockyard

Vice City's arts district, Rockstar's version of Miami's Wynwood.

Leonida Penitentiary

The prison Lucia is released from at the start of the game.

People

Jason Duval

Playable protagonist. A former army veteran living in the Leonida Keys, drawn back into crime. Profile →

Lucia Caminos

Playable protagonist and the first female lead in a mainline Grand Theft Auto. Introduced leaving Leonida Penitentiary.

Boobie Ike

Vice City entrepreneur who owns the Jack of Hearts club and offers money-laundering schemes.

Dre'Quan Priest

Runs the record label Only Raw Records. Rockstar describes him as more hustler than gangster.

Real Dimez

The rap duo Bae-Luxe and Roxy, signed to Only Raw Records.

Cal Hampton

Jason's friend and reluctant accomplice. Monitors Coast Guard radio, which is useful for smuggling.

Brian Heder

A veteran drug smuggler in the Keys and Jason's landlord. Runs a boat yard.

Raul Bautista

A seasoned bank robber assembling a crew. The source of the campaign's highest-stakes work.

Rob Nelson

Co-studio head at Rockstar North and the source of several key public figures, including the ~80-hour campaign length and the no-microtransactions confirmation.

Arion Kurtaj

The Lapsus$ member responsible for the September 2022 GTA 6 breach. Ruled unfit to stand trial and indefinitely detained in December 2023.

CyberLeek

The anonymous group publishing leaked GTA 6 footage since 18 August 2026, watermarked with their own cryptocurrency ticker. More →
